Precision Cutting Dies For All Rotary Machines

Rotary die bases are precision laser cut with a CAD/CAM driver to create the slots that hold the cutting or creasing rule. The 4 – 8 pt. rule is then carefully put in place by our skilled craftsmen. We offer a variety of knife heights and serrations to fit your cutting application. Ejection pads are applied to the die and sample cuts are made for your approval.

Our quality construction delivers extended life and low maintenance in high volume applications. That means less make-ready, reduced down time, less rework, and better finished products.

Since we archive all die line files, often we can send you segments of replacement rules or sections of multiple piece dies. This eliminates the time lost in returning dies to us for repair.
